Red dry wine “Saperavi” is made from the Saperavi grape harvested in the vineyards of Kakheti region of Georgia using ancient Kahetinian method of making wine.
Red dry wine “Saperavi” is dark rich ruby color, with a nice extract content; the wine is notable for its expressively delicious aroma (of dairy cream) . It tastes with pleasant astringency and is immensely harmonious.
The ready wine contains alcohol 10,0-12,0%, titrated acidity 5,0 - 7,0g/l , volatile acids till 1,2g/l, sugar 4,0g/l and reduced extract not lower than 20,0 g/l.
Serve at temperature 14-16 С⁰.
It is delicious with dishes of meat (pork and veal), poultry and fowl as well as spicy and heavy cheese.
